Sharon J. Eells, age 75, of Browntown, died on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 1, 1941, the daughter of Ralph and Inez (Weiss) Tieman.
Sharon and Albert H. Eells were united in marriage on January 24, 1959 in Lena, IL.
Sharon worked at Dorman's Cheese for 30-plus years, retiring at age 71. Sharon along with her husband started the Browntown Wagon Works, where they made wooden toys and traveled to different toy and craft shows in the area.
She enjoyed doing stained glass, collecting oil lamps and perfume bottles. Sharon also enjoyed gardening and feeding hummingbirds and had a great love for all animals.
She is survived by her children: Dustin Eells of Monroe, Tom (Donna) Eells of Monroe, Allen (Julie) Eells of Janesville, and Dale Travis Eells of Los Angeles, CA; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Marty (Joanne) Tieman of Darlington; 2 sisters: Cheryl (Grant) Dale of Monroe and Kathy (Walt) Fischer of Argyle; and her beloved cat of 15 years, Maudie.
She is predeceased by her parents, and husband, Albert,
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at SHRINER-HAGER-GOHLKE funeral home in Monroe, with Pastor Wayne Gregory officiating. Burial will be in Saucerman cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 17th, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
