Ruth A. Sarbacker, age 71, of rural Argyle, WI, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Monroe Clinic Hospital in Monroe, WI, with her family by her side. She was born September 30, 1940 in Richland Center, WI, the daughter of Clarence and Lois (Banker) Cohoon.

Ruth is survived by her husband: Butch at home; three children: Rene Lee of Stoughton, WI, Nick Sarbacker of Argyle, and Mike (Sheila) Sarbacker of Madison; one daughter-in-law: Debbie Carney of Arlington, WI; three grandchildren: Amanda Lee and Kamron and Taytum Sarbacker; two brothers: Merwin Cohoon of Crossville, TN, and Mike (Eleanor) Cohoon of Kenosha, WI; one sister: Sharon (Don) Orsburn of Brodhead, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son: Charles Lee in 1994.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 25, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Lutheran Church, 1540 Old Highway 81 in rural Argyle with Rev. Dennis Perger of Jordan Lutheran Church officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church. The Erickson Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Argyle is serving the family.
