MONROE - Michael W. Moser, 51, Monticello, was arrested for a warrant for failure to pay a fine at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue in Monroe. He was jailed.
• Scott A. Housewart, 54, Monroe, was arrested for a Green County child support warrant at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Sixth Street in Monroe. He was jailed.
• Travis J. Smith, 32, Monroe, was arrested for a Green County child support warrant at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the W5100 block of County KK. He was jailed.

MONROE - Gerald E. Foulker, 48, Monroe, was arrested for fifth-offense drunken driving, driving with a suspended license, failure to display registration and failing to wear a seatbelt following a traffic stop at about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Eighth Street. He was jailed.
• Steven M. Steiner, 47, Monroe, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at about 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of 12th Street. He was jailed.
