Albany Police

ALBANY - Keith M. Elmer, 23, Albany, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and driving left of center Sunday in Albany.

• Nicholas R. Iverson, 21, Albany, was cited for driving after suspension Saturday in Albany.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Kenneth M. Johnson, 19, Albany, was arrested for underage drinking, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 5 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 500 block of West 2nd Street. He was released pending court.

• James P. Schmelzer, 27, Brodhead, was arrested for third-offense driving after suspension and following too close at about 6:15 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of 1st Street. He was released pending court.

• Andrea R. Smith, 32, Brodhead, was cited for disturbing the peace with a vehicle at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of East 5th Avenue. She was released pending court.

• Andrea R. Smith, 32, Brodhead, was cited for illegal use of a radio in a vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of East 2nd Avenue. She was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Barry T. Cannova, 51, Juda, was arrested for fourth-offense drunken driving and non-registration of a vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.

• Sharon L. Andrews, 31, Apple River, Ill., was arrested for second-offense drunken driving and speeding at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of 8th Street. She was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Daniel R. Tuttle, 54, Beloit, was arrested for fourth-offense drunken driving, driving after revocation and speeding following a traffic stop at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 11 west of County G. He was released pending court.

• David L. Webb, 17, Monroe, was arrested for fleeing an officer and cited for speeding, non-registration of a vehicle, displaying unauthorized license plates, defective tail lights and underage possession of tobacco products following a traffic stop at about 3:30 a.m. on Wisconsin 11 and County S in Jefferson township. He was jailed.

• Stephani J. Eggers, 24, Argyle, was arrested for Dane County warrant at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 at Wis. 81 in Monroe township. She was turned over to the Dane County Sheriff's Department.

• Jesse L. Johnsrud, 19, Browntown, was cited for speeding, open intoxicants in a vehicle, underage drinking and underage transporting intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 1:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 west of Keller Road. Johnsrud was released pending court.

• Ethan L. Hixson, 19, Lena, Ill., was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday on County B at Wis. 69. He was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Collin G. Gallagher, 32, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 3:15 p.m. Friday at a residence on Holland Lane.

• James J. Krueger, 61, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 4:15 p.m. Friday on County U in Darlington township.

• Jonathan R. Brock, 19, Whitewater, was cited for no valid safety certificate at about 3 p.m. Saturday on the Cheese Country Trail.

• Daniel M. Andrews, 29, Elkorn, was cited for an all-terrain vehicle equipment violation at about 5 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail.
