Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Marvin L. Amaya-Mendez, 24, Darlington, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct at about 3:15 p.m. Monday, following an investigation of a disturbance that occurred at about 8 p.m. Sept. . 30 at a residence on Main Street. He was released.

• Richard G. Swartz, 32, Fairview Heights, Ill., was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconisin 81, following a traffic stop. He posted bond and was released.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Dale L. Finley, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of 15th Avenue. Finely was unable to post bond and was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Lucas C. Patterson, 27, Monroe, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while revoked at 1:22 a.m. Thursday on 11th Avenue and 9th Street. Patterson was released.

• Jennifer L. Bartels, 29, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery at 8:50 a.m. Thursday on Platinum Drive in the Town of Monroe. Bartels was jailed pending bond or court
