Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Marcus A. Peterson, 23, and Ryan L. Bergemann, 35, both of Brodhead, were arrested for disorderly conduct at about 12 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Brandi M. Hardy, 26, Brodhead, was cited for theft of library materials on Oct. 16. A court date was issued.

- Kirk P. Holman, 59, Brodhead, was cited for nuisance/dangerous animals and animal running at large on Oct. 17, stemming from an Oct. 14 incident. A court date was issued.

- A 16-year-old female, Brodhead, was cited for truancy at 8:42 a.m. Oct. 19. A court date was issued.

- Karissa L. Kolle, 20, Evansville, was cited for speeding at 9:37 p.m. Oct. 20 in the 100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- A 16-year-old female, Brodhead, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus at 3:57 p.m. Friday in the 2100 block of County GG. A court date was issued.

- Ember A. Simons, 39, Brodhead, was cited for no motor vehicle insurance at 8:23 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue. A court date was issued.

- Mary A. Blair, 23, Brodhead, was cited for failure to stop at stop sign and operating without carrying insurance at 2:38 a.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Julie K. Fry, 41, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 5:08 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of 1st Center Avenue. A court date was issued.

- John J. Jewison, 23, Brodhead, was cited for speeding at 7:37 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of W. 3rd Avenue. A court date was issued.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - A 16-year old male, New Glarus, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 4:07 p.m. Oct. 18, following a report of criminal damage to property in the 600 block of 8th Avenue. Reports indicate that the incident was between two juvenile males, and one juvenile would not leave the residence. A glass door was punched and broken out.

- Eric M. Badula, 16, New Glarus, was cited for operating a vehicle with unauthorized passengers at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 20 on Railroad Street and 6th Avenue.

- Michael J. Boroczk, 20, New Glarus, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:59 p.m. Oct. 20.

- Tammy L. Marti, 40, South Wayne, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 at 11th Avenue.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Justin J. Everson, 24, Monroe, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, prohibited alcohol concentration, no vehicle insurance and a defective exhaust at 1:08 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of 12th Street. Everson was released.

- Aaron C. Livas, Jr., 23, Monroe, was arrested for a third offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license and bail jumping at 12:05 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of 16th Street. He was jailed.

- Kayla D. Graff, 20, Monroe, was arrested for a second offense of retail theft and bail jumping at 6 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of W. 8th Street. She was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Karl Hess, 62, Freeport, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and was cited for operating without a valid driver's license. Hess was released.

- Thomas Haak, 22, Belleville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and cited for speeding at 1:34 a.m. Sunday in the N 2200 block of Clarno Road in the Town of Clarno. His passenger, Dylan Palmer, 19, Belleville, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and for open intoxicants in a vehicle. Both Haak and Palmer were released.

- Kent Duerst, 63, New Glarus, was cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration at 3:38 a.m. Sunday on Argue Road, at Cardinal Crest Lane, in the Town of New Glarus. Duerst was released.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance report at 12:28 a.m. Sunday at a residence on Furnace Hill Road in the Town of Willow Springs. Upon arrival, the male subject had left the residence. Jodi R. Fitzsimons, 35, Darlington, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery. She posted bond and was released. Joshua D. Fitzsimons, 31, Darlington, was located later in Mineral Point and was arrested and transported to Lafayette County Jail on charges of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and batter. He posted bond and was released.
