NEW GLARUS - Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with some cattle running loose in the N7900 block of Dahlk Road at 2:35 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30.
Brandi M. Dahlk, 19, New Glarus, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on 14th Avenue and 2nd Street between 6 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1.
A driver who left Hollandale without paying for gas was reported at 11 a.m. The vehicle was last seen eastbound on Wisconsin 39. It was not located.
"A lot of suspicious activity" occurring in the 1300 block of 14th Avenue over the last couple of weeks was reported at 12 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2.
Two 17-year-old boys were cited for underage drinking after police responded at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, to a report that one of the boys fell on the bleachers at the football field. He was found to be highly intoxicated.
Deidre C. Laverenz, 22, Madison, was cited for speeding on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue at 1:33 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3.
Angela A. Voigt, 51, New Glarus was arrested on domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct and battery after police responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of Elmer Road, where Voigt lives, at 4:38 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3. She was jailed. A Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct was filed in Green County Circuit Court against Voigt. She has pleaded not guilty to the charge and has a pre-trial conference Dec. 3. Conditions of her $500 signature bond include no contact with the address or the alleged victim.
A hit-and-run on a legally parked vehicle at a business on Wis. 69 was reported at 8:40 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4.
Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Elmer Road at 9:19 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, for a report of neighbors being loud. The neighbors were warned and turned off the music for the night.
Police were dispatched to the 300 block of 2nd Street for a 911 call with an open line at 11:26 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. Contact was made with the caller, and police discovered there was no emergency. The caller was counseled on the proper use of 911.
Carolyn M. Pederson, 56, New Glarus, was cited for inattentive driving after police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of 14th Avenue at 2:53 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. Pederson's 2007 Chevrolet Heritage High Roof collided with a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Darold C. Albertson, 81, New Glarus, as Pederson was turning onto 14th Avenue from a private driveway. No injuries were reported.
Randall J. Marks, 40, Monticello, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance after being stopped for a muffler violation on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue at 6:31 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.

MONROE - On Monday, Oct. 7:
Marvin Jones, 44, Freeport, was cited for driving without a valid license and failure to notify police of an accident following a one-vehicle crash discovered at 11:38 a.m. in the N200 block of Wisconsin 69 in Clarno Township, near the intersection with County P. Jones rolled his Ford Expedition, then walked away from the accident scene. He called the sheriff's department later to identify himself as the driver.
Alex J. Meives, 28, Browntown, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. at a residence on Church Street in Browntown on two counts of violating his bond conditions. He was jailed pending court or bond.

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Oct. 7:
A deputy responded at 8:50 a.m. to County J in Benton Township to assist with locating and removing several pigs from a cornfield. The pigs damaged the field, and the field's owner filed a complaint of criminal damage to property.
Two suspicious males who made contact at a residence on Jefferson Road in Benton Township were reported at 1:55 p.m. A responding deputy did not locate them. They were last seen walking toward Hazel Green.
Ellis E. Williams, 23, Dodgeville, who was arrested the day before in Monroe, was transported from the Green County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail at 4:05 p.m. He posted bonds on two Lafayette County warrants but remains jailed on a Department of Corrections probation hold.
Michelle L. Wagner, 18, McHenry, Ill., was cited for speeding at 9:01 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
Several porch decorations were reported stolen at 9:40 p.m. from a residence on County G in Willow Springs Township. A silver Buick Century occupied by three females was seen leaving the area. The incident remains under investigation.
Ross P. Doyle, 20, Hazel Green, was cited for underage drinking and having open intoxicants in a vehicle at 11:19 p.m. in the Belmont Mound State Park in Belmont Township. Isaac A. Haag, 19, Mineral Point, was cited for allowing open intoxicants in a vehicle as a driver.
