A juvenile was cited Wednesday, Oct. 2, for reckless driving, unnecessary display of power and disorderly conduct.
Andrew J. Stephan, 45, Albany, was cited Wednesday, Oct. 2, for disorderly conduct.
Dwayne P. Helmer, 43, Albany, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 2, on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license.
Mary S. Johnson, 40, Monroe, was cited Sunday, Oct. 6, for driving with a suspended license.

BRODHEAD - Brandon J. Collier, 35, Brodhead, was cited Sunday, Sept. 29, for writing worthless checks.
John F. Meier, Jr., 23, Durand, Ill., was arrested on charges of prowling and obstructing an officer in the 1300 block of West 3rd Avenue at 3:14 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1. He was released pending court.
David A. Scofield, Jr., 24, Brodhead, was cited in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, for failing to obey lawful order, driving with a revoked license, driving without vehicle insurance, non-registration of a vehicle, having no license plates, displaying unauthorized plates and failing to wear a seatbelt. Also cited during the traffic stop was Justin A. Phillips, 22, Albany, for failing to wear a seatbelt.
Beth A. Figi, 39, Monroe, was cited for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street at 4:38 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4.

MONROE - Heath A. Bader, 37, Monroe, was arrested in the 1300 block of 17th Street at 12:51 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, on an apprehension warrant issued by the Probation and Parole office.
Adam N. Boothe, 24, Canton, Ill., was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer at 12:32 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, in the 700 block of 8th Street. An officer on patrol was checking on a suspicious vehicle parked in a business lot. The officer reported that Boothe, a passenger, got out and disobeyed orders to get back in the vehicle while the officer was talking with the driver.
Timothy James Paul Mohlmann, 22, Browntown, was arrested in the 1800 block of 12th Street at 10:04 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department. He was jailed.
On Wednesday, Oct. 2:
A counterfeit bill was reported by Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., at 9:12 a.m. Police referred the case to the Secret Service.
Property owners in the 2600 block of 11th Avenue and 600 block of 11th Street were warned between 9 and 10 a.m. for having unmowed grass.
A purse was reported stolen at 10:30 a.m. out of an unlocked vehicle parked outside the Red Apple, 1019 8th St.
Police were dispatched at 1:36 p.m. to a dispute between girls in their early teens in the 1500 block of 13th Street. The girls were arguing face-to-face and online. No one was cited or arrested.
Police opened an investigation into alleged child abuse reported at 1:48 p.m. in the 100 block of 21st Street.
A woman in the 1500 block of 16th Avenue reported at 2:37 p.m. she is getting unwanted calls and hangups. Police are investigating.
The theft over time of miscellaneous items, including cash, from a residence in the 1100 block of 9th Street was reported at 4:40 p.m. Police have leads.

MONROE - On Saturday, Oct. 5:
Mathew T. Daly, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after he was stopped and cited for operating left of center at 12:57 a.m. on 20th Avenue at 9th Street in Monroe. He is also charged with violating his parole/probation and was cited for having open intoxicants in the vehicle and violating a Class D license restriction of operating without an ignition-interlock device. He was jailed pending court.
Justin D. Nyman, 23, Browntown, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 5:05 a.m. after deputies observed him back into a parked vehicle in the parking ramp in downtown Monroe. He is also charged with felony and misdemeanor bail jumping and was cited for driving with a revoked license. He was jailed. His signature bond is set at $1,800 and his cash bond at $200 in Green County Circuit Court. His preliminary hearing is Oct. 17.
Edward R. Mclain, 48, Albany, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 8:28 p.m. to a report of an assault at a residence in the W700 block of Atkinson Road in Albany Township. He was jailed. In court Monday, Oct. 7, a not-guilty plea was entered on the Class B misdemeanor. Mclain's signature bond is set at $500 with the conditions that he not drink or go into bars or liquor stores. He is also ordered to have no contact with one person and no violent or abusive contact with another. He has a pre-trial conference Dec. 3.
On Sunday, Oct. 6:
Ellis Everett Williams, 23, Madison, was arrested on a second-offense, felony charge of possessing marijuana after deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at 12:35 a.m. on 13th Street near 23rd Avenue in Monroe. Williams was also charged with felony bailjumping and a Department of Corrections probation violation. He also had two warrants issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay fines. Additionally, he was cited for driving without vehicle insurance. He was jailed pending court. The sheriff's K-9 team assisted with the arrest. In court Monday, Oct. 7, his signature bond was set at $1,000. He has a preliminary hearing Nov. 1.
Two teens were cited after deputies stopped at 12:56 a.m. to check on an occupied vehicle on Wis. 69 at Monroe Road in Monroe Township. Irby Myers Burfield, 18, Monroe, and Kole Allen Figi, 19, Argyle, were cited for first-offense underage drinking. Burfield was also cited for transporting intoxicants as an underager. Figi was also cited for possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle as a passenger. They were released to a responsible party pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Friday, Oct. 4:
Criminal damage to property was reported at 12:05 p.m. on White Oak Road in White Oak Springs Township. An electrical box was damaged in a field.
A deputy responded at 1:25 p.m. to Center Drive Road in Elk Grove Township for a civil dispute over unpaid property.
A cat bite to a human was reported at 2:22 p.m. on South Street in Argyle. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
A deputy responded at 9:08 p.m. to College Farm Road in Elk Grove Township for a traffic complaint of an Amish buggy turning its lights on only when vehicles got within a close distance and then shutting the lights off after vehicles passed. The deputy checked the area and did not locate any buggies.
On Saturday, Oct. 5:
A vehicle traveling in the wrong direction was reported at 2:42 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township. A responding deputy did not locate the vehicle.
Adrienne J. Greenheart, 46, Darlington, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:41 a.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township.
A deputy responded at 6:58 p.m. to County F in Darlington Township for a 911 hangup. The caller had misdialed.
Cletus M. Pink, 56, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after a deputy, Argyle police and the Argyle Fire Department responded at 7:22 p.m. to a one-vehicle accident on County G in Argyle Township. Pink was southbound on County N when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a culvert. The vehicle came to rest on County G. He left he scene, but was located a short time later. He was also cited for failure to notify police of an accident and failure to maintain control. His severely damaged vehicle was towed.
An ATV being driven in a careless manner was reported at 9:30 p.m. on County Y in Wiota Township. A responding deputy did not locate the ATV.
Narcizo B. Esteban, 33, Cuba City, was cited for driving without a valid license and without vehicle insurance at 10:51 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
