Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Staci L. Arnsmeier, 39, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and unsafe lane deviation following a traffic stop at about midnight Tuesday in the 1900 block of East Ninth Avenue. She was released pending court.

• Jeanette A. Axelson, 24, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving after revocation and failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of West Third Avenue. She was released pending court.

• Juan Carlos Garcia, 19, Brodhead, was arrested for obstructing an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of West Second Avenue. He was jailed. Edgar Ramirez Gonzales, 19, Brodhead, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer and underage drinking. He was released pending court.

• Joshua J. Parrish, 28, Brodhead, was arrested for obstructing an officer at about 1 a.m. Sept. 28 in the 600 block of East Ninth Avenue. He was jailed on a probation hold issued by Green County Probation and Parole.

• Robert E. Harding, 61, Brodhead, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 5:15 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 1000 block of 21st Street. He was released pending court.

• Andrew L. Conley, 45, Brodhead, was arrested for warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department, Monroe Police Department and the Green County Sheriff's Department at about 6:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of East Ninth Avenue.

• Angelo V. Locascio, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of First Center Avenue. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Ralph F. Stammen, 55, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday at a 12th Avenue residence. He was released pending court.

• Lee E. Veium, 29, New Glarus, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 4 p.m. Sept. 30 on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.

• Elliot P. Faber, 21, New Glarus, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday on Industrial Drive near Wis. 69.

• Naomi R. Shireman, 25, Madison, was cited for second-offense driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 near 14th Avenue. She was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Andrew M. Christopherson, 22, Monroe, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday in the N4200 block of Wis. 59. The driver of the vehicle, Kristen A. Baumgartner, Clintonville, was cited for driving after suspension. They were released pending court.

• Wayne L. Klosterman, 51, New Glarus, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and open intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday on Marty Road at County H. Passengers Jeanette L. Klosterman, 46 and Rodney J. Weeden, 44, both of New Glarus, will be cited for open intoxicants. All were released pending court.

• Dawn E. Schultz, 42, Belleville, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Brodhead Police Department for issuing a worthless check at about 9:15 p.m. Sunday on County X at Nye Road. She was jailed.

• Three people were arrested at about 1:45 a.m. in the W5200 block of County KK. Michael C. Lowe, 34, Shirland, Ill., Jesse J. Lowe, 27, Freeport, Ill., and Bryan L. Dixon, 33, McConnell, Ill., were arrested for disorderly conduct. They were released pending court.

• Jesus R. Reynoso-Velderrain, 29, Fitchburg, was cited for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the N9400 block of Wis. 69. He was released pending court.

• A bicycle was found at the Pleasant View Complex at about 11 a.m. Monday. The bike had been in the bike rack near the Green County Human Services building for about a week. The owner can claim the bike at the Sheriff's Department.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Kevin W. Haffele, 19, Monroe, was cited for obstructing an officer at about 12:15 a.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of 15th Avenue. Zachary J. Topp, 20, Monroe, was cited for littering. They were released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Mark A. Larson, 50, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence on south Galena Street in South Wayne. He was released pending court.

• Steve C. Lehman, 40, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday in Monk Farm Road in Wayne township. He was released pending court.

• Benjamin Carey, 23, Belmont, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle and speeding following a traffic stop at about midnight Friday on County XX in Elk Grove township.

• Shane B. French, 39, South Wayne, was cited for driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Wayne township.

• April P. Dicks, 26, Gratiot, was cited for driving after revocation and non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in Wayne township.

• Mary M. and Marie M. Stietz, both 47 and both from Gratiot, were cited for allowing animals to run at large following a report of goats out of their pen and causing damage on School Street in Gratiot.
