MONROE - On Saturday:
An assault was reported at 3:05 p.m. in the N3700 block of Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Decatur. Nicholas T. Dasko, 18, Brodhead, was arrested for strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct. He was jailed pending court.
Steven D. Rowley, 44, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 8:05 p.m. in the N1600 block of Bethel Road in the Town of Clarno. He was jailed.
On Sunday:
A domestic disturbance was reported at 12:15 a.m. in the W5300 block of Highland Drive in New Glarus. Kyle B. Montgomery, 38, New Glarus, was arrested for domestic battery. He posted bond and was released pending court.

MONROE - On Thursday:
A subject sleeping behind the wheel in the middle of the roadway was reported at 9:01 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Street in Monroe. Randy S. Norris, 51, Monroe was arrested for operating while intoxicated (3rd offense). He is confined in the Green County Jail pending court.

BRODHEAD - On Oct. 22:
A 40-year-old Freeport man was cited for speeding at 7:43 a.m. in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue.
A 63-year-old Monroe man was cited for speeding at 8:38 a.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
A 27-year-old Beloit woman was cited for speeding at 10 a.m. in the 600 block of East 9th Avenue.
On Oct. 23:
A 27-year-old Browntown man was cited for violating a parking ordinance at 5:33 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 7:35 p.m. in the 900 block of 13th Street. Contact was made with the two subjects involved and warnings were issued.
On Oct. 24:
Disorderly conduct was reported at 4:16 p.m. in the 500 block of 10th Street. A juvenile at the resident caused the disturbance and the matter was referred to juvenile intake.
On Wednesday:
A 22-year-old Brodhead man was cited for disorderly conduct and trespassing at 5:31 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Thursday:
A parking violation was reported and a warning was issued at 7:01 a.m. in the 1500 block of 16th Street for a semi parked in an area not authorized for heavy traffic.
A parking violation was reported and a vehicle was chalked for 48-hour parking at 7:26 a.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.
Disorderly conduct, loud music complaint was reported at 10:58 p.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Street. A verbal warning was issued.
A parking violation was reported and a warning was issued at 11:01 p.m. in the 800 block of 17th Street for a semi parked in an area not authorized for heavy truck parking.

An 18-year-old Beloit man was arrested for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:19 p.m. in the 100 block of 15th Street. A 17-year-old Monroe man was also arrested for drug paraphernalia.
On Saturday:
A 19-year-old Janesville man was cited at 2:33 a.m. for operating after revocation (2nd offense), and was given a warning for no proof of insurance and defective headlamp.
A 24-year-old Monroe man was arrested at 3:10 a.m. for operating after revocation. He was cited for no insurance and no registration of a motor vehicle.

Deputies responded to an alarm at 12:07 a.m. at West Grove Street in South Wayne.
Livestock on the roadway was reported at 4:48 a.m. on Wis. 78 in Argyle Township.
A deputy assisted Belmont Police with traffic control at 9:51 a.m. on South Mound Avenue in Belmont.
Tire debris on the roadway was reported at 10:22 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.
A deputy assisted Monroe Police with a welfare check at 11:18 a.m. on County Y in Wiota Township.
A disabled vehicle was reported at 7:15 p.m. on County O in Seymour Township.
A traffic complaint was reported at 7:41 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot.
James A. Bearer, 37, Monroe, was arrested on a valid Rock County warrant at 7:54 p.m. following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg. Bearer was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
A theft was reported at 8:32 p.m. on Stump Grove Road in Shullsburg Township.

Eulalio Aburto-Morales, 28, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license at 1:46 a.m. on Main Street in Darlington.
A domestic dispute was reported at 11:14 a.m. on Meier Road in Wayne Township.
A traffic complaint was reported at 4:46 p.m. on Richardson Lane in New Diggings Township.
A deputy responded at 4:51 p.m. to Country Club Road in Seymour Township for a 911 misdial.

A deputy responded at 4:13 a.m. to West Platteville Avenue in Belmont for a welfare check. Marion ZT Henry IV, 20, Tomah, was cited for operating while intoxicated, open intoxicants, no proof of insurance and operating left of center. Henry was released to a responsible party.
An animal bite was reported at 10:34 p.m. on County D in Lamont Township.
An animal problem was reported at 11:43 a.m. on Village Road in Gratiot.
