MONROE - On Thursday:
• David J. Winkler, 44, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at 3:13 p.m. in the 600 block of 16th Avenue. He was confined in the Green County Jail.
• Connor J. Brauer, 19, Monroe was arrested for disorderly conduct at 11:16 p.m. at the 1100 block of 16th Avenue following a report of harassment. Brauer posted bond and was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• Kayla R. Gardner, 25, Benton was cited for operating after suspension and speeding at 6:10 a.m. on County J in the Village of Benton.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 1:31 a.m. on Wisconsin 81 in Darlington Township.
• Mitchell T. Millner, 18, Monroe was cited for operating after suspension at 4:20 p.m. on Meier Road in Wayne Township.
• A deputy responded at 6:15 p.m. to County N in Argyle Township for an injured deer.
• James L. Burdick, 59, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 6:15 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township.
• An abandoned vehicle was reported at 7:44 p.m. on County D in Wayne Township.
• Melissa I. Richards, 20, Monroe was cited for speeding and no insurance at 11:25 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
