DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Oct. 15:

• Tammy Jo Stanton, 44, Shullsburg, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies investigated a complaint at 8:32 a.m. of a vehicle being driven on its rims on Miner Way in Shullsburg. Stanton was also cited for a hit-and-run on property adjacent to the road.

• A theft was reported at 9:09 a.m. on Donald Lane in Gratiot Township.

• Harassment was reported at 9:49 a.m. on Mine Road in Elk Grove Township.

• A deputy responded to Ballard Road in Willow Springs Township at 11:50 a.m. for a child custody dispute. The Blanchardville Police Department assisted.

• A deputy checked the welfare of a person walking at 12:46 p.m. on Wisconsin 11 in South Wayne. Everything was found to be OK.

• A deputy responded to Ingwell Road in Blanchard Township at 12:55 p.m. to keep the peace during a civil dispute.

• A traffic complaint of a vehicle parked on the crest of a hill on County O in Seymour Township was reported at 5:05 p.m. A responding deputy did not locate the vehicle.

• A person sustained non-life threatening injuries from a dog bite reported at 7:07 p.m. on County F in Blanchard Township. The injuries were treated at a local hospital.

• A person sustained superficial injuries from a dog bite reported at 7:13 p.m. on County J in Benton.

• A restraining order violation was reported at 9:34 p.m. on North Van Buren Street in Benton.

• Deputies responded at 10:39 p.m. to a domestic disturbance on West Water Street in Shullsburg. The incident remains under investigation.
