MONROE - Mark C. Hall, 58, Apple River, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. Hall was jailed.

• Two 16-year-olds were arrested for retail theft at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street. They were released pending court.

• A 12-year-old was arrested for retail theft at about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street. The juvenile was released pending court.

• Precious N. Hodges, 19, Beloit, was arrested on two warrants issued by the Beloit Police Department at about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of West Eighth Street. Hodges was also cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and failing to report an accident. Hodges was jailed.

• Tonya S. Martin, 30, Monroe was arrested on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Eighth Street. Martin was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Deputies report investigating a worthless check case at about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street in Benton. No further information was available.

• Deputies report investigating an animal neglect complaint at about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 78 in Gratiot township. No further information was available.
