MONROE - Jasmine Liesha Usher, 23, Oregon, was issued citations for speeding, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without proof of insurance after police stopped her at 12:05 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, on Wisconsin 69 near County B in the Town of Clarno.
Green County Sheriff
- Samantha J. Ball, 19, Brodhead, was arrested for absolute sobriety at 1:03 a.m. Saturday on Golf Course Road at County E in the Town of Decatur, following a traffic violation. Ball was released. A passenger, Amanda S. Johnson, 19, Brodhead, was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcoholic beverage. Johnson was released. The vehicle's owner, Daniel J. Douglas, 19, Brodhead, was cited for possession for drug paraphernalia. Douglas was released.
- John Paul Luque, 20, Richland Center, was arrested for absolute sobriety and open intoxicants in a vehicle at 3:39 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 11, east of County OK in the Town of Spring Grove, following deputies checking on a vehicle parked on the side of the road. A passenger, Vanessa Castellanos, 17, Monroe, was cited for underage possess/consume alcoholic beverage. Both subjects released.
- Joseph A. Robinson, 22, South Wayne, was cited for operating while suspended at 9:09 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11, near Patterson Road in the Town of Clarno, following a speeding violation. Robinson was released.
- Dustin L. Meier, 22, Monroe, was cited for operating without proof of insurance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:01 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 near Gutzmer Road, following a traffic violation for speeding. Meier was released pending court.
- Karl W. Boltz, 57, Browntown, was arrested for a first offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants at 5:35 p.m. Sunday in the W8500 block of Stubbe Road in the Town of Cadiz. Reports indicate that Boltz was westbound on Stubbe Road when he drove into the north ditch. Boltz over steered toward the roadway where he went across the road and entered the south ditch and hit the corner of a farm shed. The building had moderate damage. The truck had severe damage and it was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

DARLINGTON - Jaime M. Sunderlade, 24, Woodford, was cited for operating after suspension at 10:38 a.m. Nov. 22 on Wis. 81 in the Town of Lamont.
- Garret A. Wermager, 18, Rockford, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:12 p.m. Nov. 23 on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington.
- Kastytis M. Zymantas, 58, Naperville, Ill., was cited for speeding at 1:52 p.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington.
- Christopher C. Hynes, 31, Oregon, was cited for operating with a revoked license at 3:33 p.m. Friday. Hynes was taken into custody and later released.
- Theodore A. Bauer III, 34, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 8:41 p.m. Friday on Fritzges Road in the Town of Wayne, following a report of domestic dispute. He was jailed.
- Roger W. Fisher, 18, Darlington, was cited for failure to a obey stop sign at 2:46 a.m. Sunday on County M in the Town of Wiota.
- Katrinna A. Lee, 22, Salem, was cited for speeding at 2:10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28., following a stop on Wisconsin 11 in the Village of South Wayne.
