Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jose Migel Baldivia-Robles, 30, South Wayne, was arrested for two arrest warrants issued by the Lafayette County Circuit Court for failing to pay fines on two traffic charges at 1:53 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Lafayette County Jail.

- Ashley A. Wichser, 22, Monticello, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at 9:03 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 at County H in the Town of New Glarus, following a citizen's report of erratic driving. Wichser was also cited for operating left of center and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. She was released.

- Shelby A. Welchel, 44, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:14 a.m. Sunday at a residence on Bloom Lane in the Town of Clarno. She was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jose Migel Baldivia, 30, Savanna, Ill., was taken into custody by the Green County Sheriff's Department on two Lafayette County warrants at 2:16 a.m. Friday. He was transported to Lafayette County Jail, where he posted bond and was released.

- Jamie A. B. Baxter-Wood, 27, Monroe, was cited for speeding, operating without insurance and operating after suspension at 3:37 a.m. Friday on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Larry A. Tollefson, 63, Blanchardville, was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections warrant at 10:13 a.m. Friday at a residence on Oak Street in Blanchardville. Tollefson remains jailed.

- Randahl L. Peterson, 55, Blanchardville; Mark A. Pence, 40, Argyle; and Matthew D. Cole, 43, Browntown, were cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle at 5:49 p.m. Saturday on Gant Road in the Town of Fayette.
