GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - Vladimir Bulat, 57, Blanchardville, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Thursday for domestic disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic abuse case in the W7400 block of Kuenzi Lane, Town of York. Bulat was released on bond. Madison Police assisted with the case.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:23 a.m. on Wisconsin 81, Town of Elk Grove.
• An incident of theft was reported at 1:10 p.m. on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.
• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 3:07 p.m. on Mineral Road, Town of Seymour.
• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 5:36 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Wiota.
• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 8:15 p.m. on State Line Road, Town of Wayne. Stephenson County deputies and the Gratiot Fire Department assisted on scene.
