Stephen D. Detra, Jr., 20, South Wayne, was cited Thursday for driving with a suspended license.

MONROE - Danielle M. Jones, 30, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer after officers responded at 1:14 a.m. Thursday to a vehicle vs. parked vehicle accident in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. She was also cited for hit-and-run under Wisconsin's vehicle owner-liability law. She was released pending court.
Christopher M. Arn, 32, Monroe, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. in the 1300 block of 2nd Avenue on an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for disorderly conduct. He was jailed.

NEW GLARUS - On Monday, Nov. 20:
Police assisted a person who had locked their keys in their vehicle in the 400 block of 3rd Avenue at 8:37 a.m.
Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Office at 2:50 p.m. with a call about suspicious activity in the N7800 block of Loyalty Road, Town of York.
Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at 11:19 p.m. in the 200 block of 14th Avenue. The occupants were talking, and everything checked out. They were advised to move on because one of the passengers was underage and it was curfew.
On Tuesday, Nov. 21:
Police investigated a complaint at 5:31 p.m. about a vehicle driving along County PB in Dane County and then Wisconsin 69 within village limits but did not locate the vehicle.
Possible suspicious activity at a residence in New Glarus was reported by a person from out of town at 7:37 p.m.
On Wednesday, Nov. 22:
Police assisted Green County Human Services with an investigation at 8:30 a.m.
Police were dispatched at 11:27 a.m. to an address within the village for a report of a person wanting to harm themselves. The person was released to a family member per Human Services.
Police assisted the Milwaukee Police Department with an investigation at 4:23 p.m.

A person parking over the allowed time in the 100 block of 6th Avenue was reported at 1:57 p.m.
Jacob V. Michaels, 27, Belleville, was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance after police stopped him at 4:22 p.m. for speeding on County W at Elmer Road.
Annoying phone calls were reported at 5:16 p.m. in the 400 block of 6th Avenue.
A vehicle that was not properly parked in the 500 block of 2nd Street was reported at 7:08 p.m.
A suspicious vehicle following a pedestrian was reported at 10:34 p.m. Police located the vehicle and talked to the juvenile occupants.

Police assisted the Belleville Police Department and Dane County Sheriff's Department with a 911 call at 1:37 a.m. in Belleville. Contact was made, and everything appeared fine.
Police assisted a person with gaining entry to their locked vehicle at 11:41 a.m.
A vehicle was cited for violating the 15-minute parking ordinance in front of the Post Office after police received a parking complaint at 12:02 p.m.
A small, white, one-eyed terrier running at large in the downtown area was reported at 2:12 p.m. No one was able to catch the dog.
Three people standing around a business were reported at 6:12 p.m. in the 1300 block of Wis. 69. They were gone upon police arrival.

MONROE - Deputies responded at 10:28 p.m. Friday to a complaint of vehicles driving slowing, parking along the side of the road and several people walking around with flashlights in the N4100 block of Evergreen Street, Town of Decatur. Responding deputies discovered a suspected underage drinking party. During the investigation, Victor A. McDonald, 21, Brodhead, was arrested and jailed on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation and parole hold. He was also cited for obstructing an officer and possessing drug paraphernalia. In addition, a juvenile underage girl was found to be intoxicated in the area. She was later turned over to her mother. Charges are pending.
Nicholas D. Gille, 39, Monroe, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery, strangulation, false imprisonment, resisting arrest and battery to a law enforcement officer after deputies and Monroe Police responded at 4:40 p.m. Saturday to a domestic incident in the W7000 block of Wis. 11, Town of Clarno.
