Dillin J. Thompson, 21, Darlington, was cited at about 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, for furnishing alcoholic beverages to an underage person. The citation was a result of an investigation into an incident Friday, Nov. 1, at a residence on Keep Street.

MONROE - Duane R. Rodebaugh, 31, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of obstructing police after an officer at the scene of the fire at Minhas Craft Brewery in the 1600 block of 13th Street observed a driver run over a police barricade and damage it. Rodebaugh, later identified as the driver, initially said he didn't have his driver's license and gave a false name to police. He was also taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department for disorderly conduct and cited for inattentive driving. He posted the required bond and was released pending court.
Heather L. Luchs, 35, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign after police responded to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of Wis. 69 and 17th Street at 9:44 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22. Luchs collided with a vehicle driven by Dale H. Peterson, 78, Monroe.
Adam D. Fiorucci, 25, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of violating a temporary restraining order at 8:19 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, in the 2200 block of 1st Street. He was booked and then released pending court.
William B. Robison, 20, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping at 12:41 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, after police observed him at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of 16th Street, in violation of a court order that he not be at the complex. He was jailed pending cash bond.
Jeff G. Edgerton, 52, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 1 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, in the 2100 block of 13th Street. He was also cited for operating left of center and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was released to a responsible party pending court.

NEW GLARUS - A restraining order violation was reported in the village at 7:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17. Police referred the matter to the Green County District Attorney for charges.
Harassment was reported at 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, in the 600 block of Windlach Street. The case is ongoing and remains under investigation.
Someone sneaking around a house in the 300 block of Heidi Court was reported at 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18. No evidence of foul play was observed upon police arrival.
A boy poking another boy in the eye with a small stick flag was reported at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19. Police investigated the incident and deemed it an accident.
Darold C. Albertson, 82, New Glarus, was cited for operating left of center, hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident after Green County deputies responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 600 block of 14th Avenue at 5:38 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20. The case was turned over to New Glarus police for followup. Albertson was eastbound on 14th Avenue when he hit a westward-facing, parked dump truck belonging to Midwestern Bio-Ag Inc.
A 911 caller reported a medical issue on 14th Avenue at 12:49 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22. Police made contact and found everything to be fine. A family member was going to remain at the residence for the remainder of the day.

MONROE - Scott T. Creed, 19, Monroe, was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of a crash and failure to maintain control after deputies responded to the W4700 block of Bauman Road in Jefferson Township at 4:44 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, for a report of a severely damaged, unoccupied vehicle with airbag deployment. Creed, later identified as the driver, reported that he had served to miss a deer and lost control. The crash happened at about 3:30 p.m. that afternoon. He was transported later by private vehicle to an area hospital for treatment of injuries. The vehicle was towed.

DARLINGTON - On Friday, Nov. 22:
A deputy responded to check the safety of motorists on County F in Fayette Township at 12:18 p.m. A male was reported to be target-shooting with his line of fire crossing the road. A Yellowstone Lake Park ranger assisted in investigating.
A deputy responded at 4:10 p.m. to an activated alarm at a residential complex in Argyle. Argyle police arrived on scene and discharged the deputy after determining a service company was working on the alarm system.

Ryan J. Kasey, 30, Kenosha, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a rollover accident at 5:23 a.m. on Wis. 78 in Gratiot Township. A passing motorist notified law enforcement of a vehicle in a ditch against a power pole. The 2002 Chrysler Concorde was unoccupied. Kasey, later located and identified as the driver, reported he was southbound when he lost control of the car, causing it to go off the road and down a steep embankment, then roll several times before coming to rest on its roof. He reported getting a ride to a nearby residence. Minor injuries were reported from the crash. The car was extensively damaged and towed. Kasey was also cited for failure to maintain control. The Gratiot Fire Department, Gratiot First Response and Rural Medical Ambulance were alerted to the scene.
A deputy responded at 10:58 a.m. to keep the peace during a child custody exchange at a residence on County XX in Belmont Township.
Criminal damage to property was reported at 11:56 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne. A vehicle had been scratched by an unknown object.
