ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On Saturday, Albany Police referred a 15-year-old Albany girl to juvenile intake on disorderly conduct and battery charges.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - For the week of Nov. 15 to 21, there were 74 calls for service, 29 citizen assists, 10 security checks, nine registrations, eight 911 calls, seven EMS calls, four assists of other agencies, four traffic stops and two fire calls.

On Nov. 15:

• A custody dispute was reported at 3:36 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. The incident remains under investigation.

• A burglary was reported at 7:11 p.m. in the 500 block of 6th Street. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

On Nov. 16:

• A branch on a power line was reported at 12:37 p.m. in the 1200 block of West 2nd Avenue. Utilities management resolved the matter.

• Garbage on the curbside was reported at 2:07 p.m. in the 1400 block of East 2nd Avenue. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

On Nov. 17, two suspicious vehicles were reported at 5:39 p.m. in the W700 block of Golf Course Road. The vehicles had left when police arrived.

On Wednesday:

• A 23-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 10:12 a.m. in the 800 block of West 3rd Avenue for driving with a suspended license.

• A junk vehicle violation was reported at 6:29 p.m. in the N300 block of East 2nd Avenue. The owners were contacted and issued a warning.

• A 44-year-old Rockford woman was issued a warning at 8:09 p.m. in the 100 block of 23rd Street for driving with defective taillights.

On Thursday, a dog running at large was reported at 6:24 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. The dog was returned to its owner, who was issued a warning.

On Friday, a vehicle struck a dog at 5:58 p.m. near Golf Course Road. The dog appeared uninjured and was returned to its owner, who was issued a warning.

On Saturday, a 40-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested at 10:04 a.m. for domestic disorderly conduct. She was released pending court.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - Philip D. Hoffman, Jr., 31, Monroe, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and bail jumping after he was reported passed out in his vehicle in the 1000 block of 9th Street. Hoffman was jailed.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Nov. 16, a 911 hang-up occurred at 4:16 p.m. near the intersection of 2nd Street and 11th Avenue. The call was found to have been made by accident.

On Wednesday, a truant student was reported at 9:32 a.m.

On Thursday:

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 10:51 a.m.

• Vandalism to property was reported at 9:40 p.m. in the New Glarus Veterans' Park.

• Luis A. Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 30, Madison, was cited at 10:30 p.m. for driving with an expired vehicle registration in the 200 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Kayla A. Gray, 18, Monticello, was cited at 11:38 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance after being stopped for speeding in the 800 block of 6th Avenue.

On Friday:

• A disturbance involving a student was reported at 2:15 p.m. at the New Glarus High School. The matter remains under investigation.

• Suspicious people were reported at 7:30 p.m. in the New Glarus Veterans' Park. The people were advised of recent vandalism in the park and were requested to stop doing what they were doing.

• A possible vehicle trespass was reported at 8:34 p.m. in the 400 block of 6th Avenue. An investigation could not determine if a trespass had occurred.

• Debris in the roadway was reported at 10:26 p.m. in the 400 block of 6th Avenue. Police removed a chunk of ice weighing approximately 50 pounds from the roadway.

On Saturday:

• Police issued multiple written warnings for alternate side parking throughout the village.

• Edward C. Kneubuehl, 55, Davis, Ill., was cited at 8:55 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• A suspicious juvenile was reported at 11:05 p.m. in the 700 block of 4th Avenue.

On Sunday:

• Police issued multiple written warnings for alternate side parking throughout the village.

• Harmony R. Brooks, 36, New Glarus, was cited at 3 a.m. for disorderly conduct after police responded to an intoxicated woman attempting to enter a residence that wasn't hers in the 200 block of 10th Avenue.

• Police answered residents' questions about alternate side parking at 11 a.m.

• Police cited multiple vehicles throughout the village for 24-hour parking violations.



GREEN COUNTY

SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday, Hayden D. Schliem, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. in the 1700 block of 31st Avenue in Monroe on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated. Schliem was also cited for driving left of center and possession of drug paraphernalia. Schliem was released pending court.

On Saturday:

• Shera R. Jones, 35, Janesville, was cited at 12:21 in the W3900 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, for driving without a valid license.

• Quinten E. Wofford, 28, Beloit, was cited at 5:16 a.m. in the W3300 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, for driving with a suspended license.

On Sunday, Jerod E. Sandlin, 23, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:37 a.m. in the W3600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, on a probation hold. Sandlin was also cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle, a defective windshield and driving with a suspended license. Sandlin was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6 a.m. on Twin Bridge Road, Town of Elk Grove.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 7:47 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• An injured animal on the roadway was reported at 8:32 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• A theft was reported at 9:44 a.m. on Woodberry Road, Town of Willow Springs.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle on Larson Road, Town of Wayne.

• A deputy assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff at 11:43 a.m. on Goodman Road, Town of Lamont.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:03 p.m. on Bean Street Road, Town of Benton.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 2:55 p.m. on White School Road, Town of Gratiot.

On Saturday:

• A vehicle theft was reported at 2:15 a.m. on Main Street in Blanchardville.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 9:24 a.m. on Whiteside Road, Town of Wiota.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 2:18 p.m. on Sheldon Street, Town of Gratiot.

• A theft was reported at 2:18 p.m. on Wells Street in Darlington.

• A trespasser was reported at 3:14 p.m. on Blackhawk Road, Town of Monticello.

• A deputy provided traffic control at 6:50 p.m. on Crabtree Corner Road, Town of Benton.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 7:35 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 9:37 p.m. on Warren Street in South Wayne.

On Sunday:

• A deputy assisted a driver at 12:07 a.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.

• Cirilo Lopez-Reyes, 40, Platteville, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on a Lafayette County Warrant. Lopez-Reyes was jailed.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 12:20 a.m. on State Street in Argyle.

• A suspicious person was reported at 2:28 a.m. on Harrison Street in Shullsburg.

• Melody J. Arnold, 45, South Wayne, was cited at 5:57 a.m. on County M, Town of Darlington, for parking on the roadway.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 6:06 a.m. on County M, Town of Wiota.

• Benjamin M. DeLong, 30, Onalaska, was cited at 7:17 a.m. on County F, Town of Fayette, for parking on the roadway.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 8:19 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 9:35 a.m. on East Sargent Road, Town of Wayne.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 11:28 a.m. on County M, Town of Wiota.
