On Nov. 8:
• Trespassers were reported at 12:47 p.m. in the 400 block of 10th Street. Warnings were issued to the two offenders.
• A 34-year-old Brodhead man was arrested at 10:22 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer after police responded to a report of an unruly subject at a residence in the 1000 block of 21st Street.
On Nov. 9, police issued a warning at 12:31 p.m. to an individual blowing grass into the roadway in the 500 block of 11th Street.
On Wednesday, a 20-year-old Monroe man was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on a Brodhead Municipal Court warrant.

• Police received three reports of IRS phone scams. The matter remains under investigation.

• An 18-year-old Oregon woman was arrested at 5:37 p.m. for driving without consent of the vehicle owner in the 1800 block of West 5th Avenue.
On Saturday, a citizen turned in lost property at 10:08 a.m. that had been found in the 1800 block of West 4th Avenue. Police located the owner and returned the items.

DARLINGTON - Jesus Gutierrez Soria, 17, Darlington, was cited at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 10 for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Madison Street.

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Vincent M. Ott, 25, Browntown, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. for bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped his vehicle on Franklin Road, Town of Clarno. Ott was also cited for driving with a revoked license, non-registration of a vehicle and displaying unauthorized license plates. Ott was jailed pending court.
On Saturday:
• Jordan D. Hermanson, 30, Monroe, was cited at 4:48 a.m. in the 900 block of 8th Street in Monroe for possession of drug paraphernalia.
