Richard T. Sabel, 41, and Lesley M. Johnson-Sabel, 44, both of Palatine, Illinois, were arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:10 p.m. in the N3300 block of Wisconsin 69 in Monroe. Both were booked and released pending court.

A 21-year-old Brodhead man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:56 a.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
A 20-year-old Dakota, Illinois, man was cited for speeding at 4:31 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Nov. 7:
A parking violation was reported at 8:31 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
A warning was issued for a vehicle parked in a private lot without permission.
On Nov. 8:
Truancy was reported at 8:27 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.
A hit and run traffic crash in a private parking lot was reported at 2:27 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.

Theft was reported at 12:49 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.

A 55-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections at 2:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of 25th Street.
Theft was reported at 4:46 p.m. in the 600 block of 12th Street. The matter remains under investigation.

Reid A. Stephens, 54, Platteville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated (4th offense) at 10:31 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road in Belmont Township. He was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
