MONROE - On Saturday, Kory R. Trever L. Martin, 23, Monroe, was also charged with disorderly conduct and possession of cocaine, while Jean E. Justice, 22, Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal damage to property. The three were jailed pending court.
On Sunday, Kevin L. Leverton, 54, Monroe, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. for disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of 11th Street. Leverton was jailed.
