♦ A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 5:53 a.m. on Otter Creek Road in Darlington Township.
♦ Harassment was reported at 8:09 a.m. on County KK in Gratiot Township.
♦ A deputy responded at 9:41 a.m. to East Water Street in Shullsburg to assist with traffic control.
♦ A deputy responded at 11:15 a.m. to Twin Bridge Road, New Diggings Township for a check welfare.
♦ Deputies responded at 12:05 p.m. to Wood Street in Belmont for a check welfare.
♦ Deputies assisted Shullsburg Police at 1 p.m. on West Harrison Street in Shullsburg for a suspicious activity complaint.

♦ Josue D. Castro-Lopez, 18, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license at 2:34 p.m. on Wis. 126, Elk Grove Township.

♦ A deputy responded at 2:53 p.m. to Center Drive in Darlington to assist with a vehicle unlock.

♦ Deputies responded at 7:24 p.m. to Dimmicks Road, Monticello Township for a check welfare complaint.
♦ Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:50 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township.
♦ Deputies responded at 8:52 p.m. to East Louisa Street in Darlington for a 911 misdial. Darlington Police Department assisted on scene.
♦ Deputies responded at 9:20 p.m. to East Louisa Street for a check welfare complaint. Katelynn M. Salisbury, 25, Shullsburg, was arrested for two counts of bail jumping, two counts of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. Salisbury was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where she remains in custody. Darlington Police Department assisted on scene.
♦ An injured animal on the road was reported at 10:13 p.m. to County F in Blanchard Township.
♦ A deputy assisted the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources on a traffic stop at 11:40 p.m. on Lake Road in Fayette Township.
On May 5:
♦ A deputy responded at 12:57 a.m. to Miner Way, in Shullsburg for a commercial alarm.
♦ Criminal damage to property was reported at 6:45 a.m. on Faymont Road ind Lamont Township. Blake A. Herman, 18, Cuba City, was arrested for criminal damage to property, resisting and obstructing an officer and probation violation. Herman was transported to the Lafayette County Jail. Herman remains in custody on a Probation and Parole violation.
♦ A deputy responded at 1:59 p.m. to County Shop Road, Darlington Township to assist with a vehicle unlock.
♦ An erratic driver was reported at 2:57 p.m. to McClintock Road, Blanchard Township.
♦ Sanon B. Georges, 57, Tinley Park, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 5:36 p.m. on Wis. 81, Seymour Township.
♦ Suspicious activity was reported at 8:02 p.m. on County F in Fayette Township.
♦ A traffic complaint of a vehicle traveling with no headlights was reported at 8:58 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Kendall Township. Belmont Police Department assisted on scene.
♦ An erratic driver was reported at 9:19 p.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township. Belmont Police Department assisted on scene.

MONROE - Lucas S. Roesslein, 39, Greeley, Colorado, was arrested for failure to appear on a driving after revocation case at 6:20 p.m. May 4 in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue. Roesslein was confined to the Green County Jail pending court.
♦ Christopher G. Johnson, 37, Monroe, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. in the 1600 block of 11th Street. Johnson was charged with bail jumping due to a violation of court ordered bail conditions prohibiting being in certain locations. Johnson was confined to the Green County Jail pending court.

MONROE - On May 5:
♦ David N. Butler-Erickson, 33, Evansville, was arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping at 1a.m. in the W2800 block of County KS in the Town of Jefferson. Butler-Erickson was jailed pending bond or court. Investigation also resulted in Tiffany M. Swanston, 28, Juda, being arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping and on a failure to pay fine warrant through Rock County. Swanston was jailed pending bond or court.
On May 6:
♦ Matthew A. Fisher, 36, Browntown, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 7:23 a.m. in the 200 block of East South Street in Browntown in the Town of Cadiz. Fisher was transported to the Green County Jail where bond was posted. Fisher was released pending court.
