Monroe Police

MONROE - Justina J. Perez, 25, Monroe, was arrested around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of 12th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department. Police also arrested Damen C. Nipple, 27, Monroe, for three outstanding warrants issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department. Both subjects were jailed.

• Tonya S. Martin, 30, Monroe, was arrested around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Sixth Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. Martin was confined to jail.

DARLINGTON - James E. Edge, 22, Darlington, was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for domestic disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a disturbance at a residence on County D in Fayette township. Edge remains jailed on those charges, and also on a Department of Corrections probation hold. Traci J. Edge, 21, Darlington, was taken into custody on valid warrants issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department, Darlington Police Department and Green County Sheriff's Department. She also remains jailed.

• Damen C. Nipple, 27, Monroe, was transported from Green County Jail to Lafayette County Jail around 11 p.m. Wednesday. Nipple was taken into custody by Monroe Police Department around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday on valid warrants. He remains jailed.

• Deputies found a road sign damaged around 7:15 a.m. Wednesday on County N in Wiota township.
