Monroe Police

MONROE - Sean R. Schmelzer, 22, Monroe, was arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping at about 2:15 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Schmelzer was jailed.

• A 16-year-old juvenile and a 15-year-old juvenile were arrested for violating curfew and prowling following reports of subjects entering vehicles at about 5 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of 22nd Street. They were released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Kevin M. Lienhardt, 17, New Glarus, was cited for theft of property at about 1:30 p.m. May 18 in the 1700 block of 2nd Street. Lienhardt was released.

• Sean K. Hendrickson, 20, Stoughton, was cited for operating while suspended and for operating a vehicle with suspended registration at about 3:30 p.m. May 18, following a traffic stop. Hendrickson was released from the scene.

• Jillian A. Gowen, 22, New Glarus, was cited for operating while suspended at about 7:15 p.m. May 18 on 3rd Street near 6th Avenue, following a traffic stop for a registration violation.

• Andrew E. Faber, 26, New Glarus, was cited for operating while suspended at about 4:15 p.m. May 22, on 2nd Street and 14th Avenue, following a traffic stop.

• Jesus Bonilla Fuentes, 26, Fitchburg, was cited for operating while suspended at about 5:30 p.m. May 24 on 2nd Street near 5th Avenue, following a traffic stop.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Abundio Santiago Solando Jr., 25, Milwaukee, was arrested at about 2 a.m. Monday in the N3200 block of Crazy Horse Lane in the Town of Decatur, on a charge of third-degree sexual assault and a probation and parole hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Solando was jailed pending court.
