Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jeremiah W. Collins, 31, Browntown, was arrested for domestic-related battery, disorderly conduct and strangulation at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday on Fox Valley Road in the Town of Cadiz, following a domestic disturbance. Collins was jailed pending an initial court appearance.

- Martha C. Ramierez, 21, Beloit, was cited for 2nd Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid Driver's License at 3:18 a.m. Wednesday, on Wis. 69, north of Hill Lane, in the Town Monroe, following a traffic stop. Ramierez was released, pending a future court date.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Donald B. Randecker, 78, Cuba City, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 11 in Benton.

- Jason D. Hocking, 39, Benton, was cited for speeding at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, on Wis. 11 in Benton.

- Deputies took a report of theft at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard. The case remains under investigation.

- Deputies reported criminal damage to a property at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, in the parking lot of Black Hawk schools in South Wayne. Two vehicles had tires flattened.
