MONROE - Melissa J. Rebout, 29, Monroe, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday on two outstanding Beloit Police warrants. Rebout was jailed.

• An alarm was triggered at 12:54 a.m. on State Street in Argyle.
• A traffic complaint was made at 7:47 a.m. on County O, Town of Seymour.
• David J. Noel, 58, Lancaster, was cited at 5:25 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wisconsin 11, Town of Gratiot.
• A deputy responded at 5:55 p.m. to a fallen tree in the roadway on County K, Town of Gratiot.
