MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Brett C. Blankenhorn, 23, Monroe, was arrested on charges of felony bail jumping, battery and strangulation following a report at 3:35 p.m. of domestic abuse at a residence in the N3600 block of Wisconsin 59 in the Town of Sylvester. He was jailed. His cash bond was set in Green County Circuit Court Thursday at $1,000. He has adjourned initial appearance May 26.
• Saisamorn A. Luangaram, 18, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension, driving with suspended registration and possessing drug paraphernalia at 5:13 p.m. after deputies stopped a vehicle for traffic violations in the 700 block of North Cincinnati Street in Albany. Luangaram was released. A passenger of the vehicle, Jayden P. Diaz-Barnett, 17, Albany, was arrested on warrants through Darlington Police Department and the Rock County Sheriff's Office. Diaz-Barnett was turned over to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Michael E. Walker, 21, Gratiot, was arrested on a charge of battery at 12:41 a.m. after deputies responded to a report of a battery on Penny Benton Road in New Diggings Township. Walker was transported to the Lafayette County Jail and was released.
• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint at 11 a.m. on Truman Road in Kendall Township.
• A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch at 8:31 p.m. on County B in Belmont Township.
