A 13-year-old boy was warned after police responded to a complaint at 7:46 a.m. from a resident in the 1500 block of 16th Avenue that he is leaving trash in the resident's yard and breaking branches on the shrubs.
A 14-year-old male student at Monroe Middle School was referred for a charge of disorderly conduct after school authorities reported at 8:53 a.m. that he had a physical confrontation with another student and then made threats about it on Facebook. The boy was released to a parent.
A warning notice to mow the grass was sent to a property owner in the 100 block of 21st Street at 9:11 a.m.
Keys on a keyring were found in Twining Park and brought to the police station at 2:16 p.m. To claim, call dispatch at 608-329-2400.
A 15-year-old male student with special needs was reported at 3:03 p.m. for walking out of school. Police were called to look for him and investigate.
A father stopped by the police station at 5:15 p.m. to report his 11-year-old daughter as missing. The search was called off after the mother called to remind him the girl had a track meet.

MONROE - Benjamin M. Hale, 33, Monroe, was arrested at the Pleasant View Complex at 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, on a warrant issued by Lafayette County for failure to pay child support. Later on that afternoon, at 6:14 p.m., he was taken to the Lafayette County Jail.
Planting materials for soybeans were found on a roadway in Clarno Township on Tuesday, May 14. The owner can contact the sheriff's department at 608-328-9400 to claim.

A deputy responded at 6:38 p.m. to Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot Township for a traffic complaint of an erratic driver. The vehicle was located, and the driver reported having vehicle problems.
A theft was reported at 8:05 p.m. on Lincicum Road in Wayne Township.
A deputy responded at 8:09 p.m. to Berry Road in Darlington Township to keep the peace during a civil dispute.
