MONROE - On Monday, April 29:
Lori A. Crubaugh-Ellefson, 43, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop at a red light after police responded at 4:37 p.m. to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries at 8th Street and 1st Avenue. She collided with a vehicle driven by Billy J. Paige, 48, Monroe. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
An officer followed up at about 9 a.m. on a complaint regarding the upkeep of a dwelling downtown in the 1700 block of 11th Street. Plaster is falling down off the building's fascia. The case was referred to the city building inspector.
A caller at 11:16 a.m. reported a squirrel had been run over in the 2400 block of 9th Street. An officer euthanized and disposed of the squirrel.
Police were called at 1:03 p.m. to Monroe Clinic, 2002 4th St., to take care of an intoxicated woman. She was turned over to a friend.
A caller at 4:27 p.m. reported a young child was wandering alone in the 500 block of 20th Avenue. The toddler, age 1.5, had crawled out of a window without an adult seeing.
While an officer was at the scene of a hit-and-run accident in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street at 10:09 p.m., a resident in a nearby apartment complex complained about a neighbor playing loud music. The offenders were warned.

DARLINGTON - On Monday, April 29:
Brittany A. Zeier, 30, Mineral Point, was arrested and jailed on a charge of disorderly conduct after a deputy took a report on Holland Lane in Darlington Township at 9:52 p.m. of a domestic disturbance that occurred earlier in the evening. Zeier was later arrested in Mineral Point and transported to the jail in Darlington. She posted bond and was released.
John L. Carothers Muszynski, 21, Argyle, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance, failure to keep vehicle under control and improper display of license plates after a deputy responded at 5:35 p.m. to a one-vehicle accident on Otter Creek Road in Darlington Township. He was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and it went into the ditch. He reported no injuries. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
A deputy responded to Walnut Road in Wiota Township at 6:45 a.m. for a report of animals being neglected.
A theft was reported at 6:45 p.m. on Wisconsin 78 in Blanchard Township.
