MONROE - On Wednesday, March 6:
Kayla D. Graff, 21, Monroe, was arrested on two outstanding warrants at 6:16 p.m. in the 2600 block of 1st Street. She was jailed.
Miguel A. Langarica, 41, Monroe, was arrested at a tavern east of Monroe after police investigated a report at 10:46 p.m. that he beat up a 22-year-old woman during a domestic dispute in the 700 block of 17th Street. He was charged with disorderly conduct and substantial battery and jailed pending court.
Amber Williams, 24, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license and failure to yield right-of-way after police responded at 12:22 p.m. to a two-vehicle accident without injuries in the 400 block of 2nd Street. Williams collided with a vehicle operated by Carmen Johnson, 50, Monroe.
A resident in the 300 block of 26th Avenue complained at 7:57 a.m. that the person clearing her neighbor's sidewalks was blowing snow onto her sidewalk.
A resident in the 1700 block of 16th Street complained at 8:05 a.m. that neighbors were blowing snow into the driveway.
While taking a snowblowing complaint in the 300 block of 26th Avenue, an officer noticed dishes of water and food outdoors and learned the resident has been feeding feral cats, in violation of city code. The resident was warned to stop.
Piggly Wiggly, 725 8th St., reported at 9:20 a.m. that a fraudulent paycheck had been cashed at the store.
A possible theft of jewelry from an elderly Monroe resident was reported at the police station at 11:30 a.m. Family and police are investigating to see if the missing jewelry is the result of theft or dementia.
An out-of-state law enforcement agency referred a case of fraud to Monroe police at 2:23 p.m. It involves an out-of-state resident fraudulently opening an account with a Colony Brands mail order subsidiary.
A gas drive-off was reported at 7:45 p.m. at Kwik Trip, 1019 9th St.

Melaney L. Kurschner, 30, Blanchardville, was cited at 2:05 p.m. for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle.
At 3:08 p.m., cash was reported stolen from a residence on Wis. 78 in Wiota.
