MONROE - On Friday:
Mark A. Lang, 27, Orangeville, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. for disorderly conduct and bail jumping in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Lang was jailed pending court.
A 9-year-old boy from Monroe was arrested at 4:02 p.m. for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of 2nd Street. The boy caused minor damage to the interior of a car window, Chief Fred Kelley said. The juvenile was released to a relative and charges will be referred to Juvenile Intake.
On Saturday:
Eric A. Erikson, 35, Monroe, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, third offense, in the 900 block of 17th Street. Erickson was jailed pending court.
A 16-year-old girl from Monroe was arrested at 9:41 a.m. for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of 21st Street. The girl was confined at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Center pending court.

MONROE - On Saturday:
Kourtney E. Pemberton, 37, Freeport, was cited at 3:52 a.m. for driving without a license, second offense, in the N5100 block of County N, Town of Washington. Pemberton was released pending court.
Tanya L. Ruthven, 29, Rockford, Ill., was arrested at 5:43 p.m. in the N1600 block of County M, Town of Cadiz, on a Rock County Sheriff's Office warrant after deputies stopped her for speeding. Ruthven was turned over to the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
Michael E. Fitters, 18, Brodhead, was cited at 6:15 p.m. for reckless driving and missing a driver's side mirror following a traffic stop in the 900 block of E. 5th Avenue, Brodhead. Fitters was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Saturday:
A deputy responded at 6:50 a.m. to a disorderly conduct complaint on County U, Shullsburg Township.
A deputy responded to a residential burglary complaint at 3:45 p.m. on North Warren Street, South Wayne.
A deputy responded to a criminal damage to property complaint at 7:55 p.m. on 2nd Street, Benton.
Jessie Wingert, 25, and Andrew Watson, 27, both of Lena, Ill., were cited at 9:53 p.m. for possession of marijuana and open intoxicants on South Galena Street, South Wayne.
On Sunday:
Robert Hille, 25, Monroe, was cited at 2:14 a.m. for driving under the influence and speeding on Wisconsin 11, South Wayne.
Deputies responded to a harassment complaint at 4:15 p.m. on West Milwaukee Street, Argyle.
A deputy responded to a criminal damage to property complaint on Main Street, Benton, at 7:03 p.m.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS -On Monday, March 23:
A subject reported that while exchanging their children in the village, the subject was pushed at 5:59 p.m. Investigation revealed there were conflicting stories and other circumstances involved. The incident was forwarded to the district attorney's office for review.
Police were contacted at 7:20 p.m. about a possible child abuse incident that occurred in the village over the weekend. The incident was documented and forwarded to the Green County Children Youth and Families Department for follow up. The children and mother are not from the area and are not in any harm.
Police were dispatched at 6:07 p.m. to a commercial burglar alarm in the 1800 block of 2nd Street. Green County deputies assisted at the scene. Everything was deemed to be OK.
Police investigated a report of harassment at 11:35 a.m. Thursday at a residence in the village. The incident remains under investigation.
