Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Molly J. Wiesner, 20, Madison, was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license at 9:37 a.m. Thursday, March 1, after deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on County D near Hughes Road in the Town of Exeter.

- Aaron M. Pryce, 30, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license, failure to fasten seatbelt and non-registration of an auto at 4:04 p.m. Thursday, March 1, after deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the W6100 block of Wisconsin 39 in the Town of New Glarus.

- Jillian A. Gowen, 25, Blanchardville, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. Thursday, March 1, on a warrant issued by the Blanchardville Police Department for failure to pay a fine on a shoplifting violation. Deputies made the arrest after responding to a one-vehicle crash on County N near Buehler Road in the Town of Monroe. Gowen was traveling southbound when she swerved to avoid a deer, lost control of her vehicle, veered off the road and hit several trees. She was transported to the Monroe Clinic ER with injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Gowen was also cited for driving with a suspended license and transferred to the custody of the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department.

DARLINGTON - Kari L. Kobbervig, 27, Mineral Point, was cited at 9:48 a.m. Thursday, March 1, on County XX in the Town of Belmont for driving without a valid license and driving an uninsured, unregistered vehicle.

- Megan M. Winslow, 24, Gratiot, was cited at 4:37 p.m. Thursday, March 1, on County K in the Town of Darlington for failure to stop for a school bus.

- Todd M. Strang, 39, Shullsburg, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. Thursday, March 1, on a valid warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. He was jailed.
