MONROE - On Wednesday, March 27:
Matthew J. Busch, 34, Monroe, was cited for keeping a disorderly house after officers responded at 4:48 a.m. to his apartment in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue. Neighbors had called to report people arguing in Busch's apartment.
Allen J. Schroeder, 74, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after officers responded to a two-vehicle accident without injuries in the intersection of 6th Street and 22nd Avenue. Schroeder hit a vehicle driven by Jacqueline I. Hennager, 83, Monroe. Schroeder's vehicle sustained minor damage. Hennager's vehicle was moderately damaged. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
A squirrel stuck in a birdfeeder was reported in the 100 block of 19th Street at 9:03 a.m. An officer helped pull the free-standing "shepherd's crook"-style birdfeeder out of the ground and shake the squirrel loose, saving it.
An officer on patrol in the early afternoon noticed vehicles parked on the grass in yards in the 3000 block of 15th Street and 1600 block of 13th Avenue and left warning notices for the property owners.
A dog owner in the 700 block of 11th Street was warned after police responded at 1:22 p.m. to a neighbor's complaint that the dogs were barking and it is a recurring problem.
A tenant came into the police station at 8:38 p.m. to report a civil dispute she is having with her landlord.

Jared W. Weber, 18, rural Monroe, was cited for underage drinking (first offense) after deputies and Monroe police responded at 5:39 a.m. to a report of suspicious activity in the area of Gempeler Road and County K in Clarno Township.
Fritz O. Treuthardt, 77, rural Belleville, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large (second offense) after deputies responded at 9:01 a.m. to a report of a dog running at large in the N8100 block of Holly Lane in Exeter Township.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, March 27:
Shaun C. McCree, 34, Warren, was arrested on a charge of possessing marijuana following a traffic stop at 1:45 p.m. on Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg. He was also cited for speeding and driving without a license. He was jailed.
A theft was reported at 7:56 a.m. on Riverside Road in Wiota Township.
A dog running at large was reported at 2:17 p.m. on South Mound Avenue in Belmont.
