Monroe Police

MONROE - On Friday, March 14:

• Andrew E. Reichling, 27, Gratiot, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West for retail theft. Reichling was released with a court date.

• Ralph F. Stammen, 60, Monroe, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. in the 900 block of 8th Street for bail jumping. He was jailed pending a Thursday, March 20, court appearance.

• Derek J. Larosh, 26, Monroe, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. in the 2000 block of 16th Street for driving drunk, second offense. Larosh was released with a court date.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Friday, March 14:

• Jason R. Quintero, 40, Monticello, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. at a residence in the Village of New Glarus after deputies and Monticello Police responded to a report of domestic disturbance. Quintero was arrested for domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting arrest. He was jailed pending court.

• Keith S. Spring, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 5:02 a.m. for trespassing and criminal damage to property after deputies responded to a report of an intruder at a business on Coplien Road, Town of Monroe. Spring had forced his way into the business and then passed out on a couch in the business. He was jailed pending court or posting bond.

• James E. Brumley, 32, Blanchardville, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on a department of corrections probation and parole warrant at the Green County Justice center. Brumley was jailed pending court.

On Saturday, March 15:

• Eduardo Lujan Uriarte, 32, Beloit, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. on a civil process warrant issued through the Beloit Police Department after deputies stopped a vehicle that he was a passenger in on Wis. 11 near Hiltbrand Lane, Town of Jefferson. Uriarte posted a cash bond and was released.

• Craig R. Kennison, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. for driving drunk after deputies received a complaint of a vehicle driving too fast on County CC, south of County W, Exeter Township. Deputies located the vehicle in Monroe and also cited Kennison for unreasonable and imprudent speed and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration. He was released pending court.

• Kyle L. Porter, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. for possession of THC after deputies received a complaint of a vehicle on Wis. 59 near the Monroe Airport, Town of Monroe. Porter was released pending court. His passenger Gary T. Metz, 29, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation and released pending court.

• Jorge Luis Huesca-Guerrero, 35, Janesville, was cited at 8:32 p.m. for driving without a valid license, second offense, after deputies stopped his vehicle for an equipment violation on County EE west of Silver Road, Town of Mount Pleasant. He was released pending court.

• Matthew M Henke, 39, Madison, was cited at 3:18 a.m. Sunday, March 16, for non-registration and driving without a valid license. Henke was released pending court.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Michelle M. Kehm, 45, Darlington, was cited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, for possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation that took place on Louisa Street.

• Eugene C. Shirley, 47, Darlington, was cited at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 14, for possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at a residence on Washington Street. Shirley was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday, March 14:

• AnnaLisa B. Ruesga, 20, Darlington, was uninjured after a deer ran into her vehicle on Wis. 23, Willow Springs Township at 2:16 a.m.

• James Garcia, 29, Potsoi, was cited at 1:51 p.m. for driving after suspension and no insurance following a traffic stop on U.S. 151, Belmont Township.

• A deputy responded to a civil dispute at 2:05 p.m. on Carr Factory Road, Benton Township.

• A deputy provided traffic control at 6 p.m. for the Lafayette County Highway Department so they could remove water from the roadway on County KK, Gratiot Township.

• Deputies responded at 11:20 p.m. to a disorderly conduct complaint on Bridge Street, Village of Gratiot. The subject left prior to deputy's arrival.

On Saturday, March 15:

• A deputy responded to Wis. 11, Wayne Township at 12:39 a.m. to remove a deer carcass from the roadway. The deer was hit by an unknown vehicle.

• Roy L. Wade, 21, Fitchburg, and Joseph B. Mayweathers, 43, Madison, were both arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on U.S. 151, Belmont Township at 10:23 a.m. Wade was cited for driving after suspension, expired vehicle registration and no insurance of a vehicle. Both Wade and Mayweathers posted bond and were released.

• A deputy took a report of a dog bite incident at 10:27 a.m. that occurred at a location on Sargent Road, Wayne Township. The adult male victim sought treatment at Lafayette County Memorial Hospital for his injuries. The case was forwarded to the Lafayette County Health Department for follow-up.

• A deputy investigated a complaint of animal neglect at 1:05 p.m. at a residence on County P, Shullsburg Township.

• A deputy investigated a theft complaint at a residence on County D, Wayne Township at 1:32 p.m. Several items were found to be missing from the residence and a former occupant was named as the suspect.

• A deputy took a report at 2:38 p.m. of a dog bite that occurred at a residence on Hammer Lane, Benton Township. The adult female victim had sought medical treatment at Southwest Health Center.
