DARLINGTON - Rodimiro Gutierrez-Santacruz, 22, Darlington, was cited for his fourth offense of driving with a suspended license at about 7:22 p.m. Thursday, March 14, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 81.

MONROE - On Thursday, March 14:
- A resident in an apartment building in the 1300 block of 16th Street called at 2:33 a.m. to report hearing loud arguing and yelling. An officer checked the area and found no problems.
- A purse was found in the 1500 block of 11th Street at 8:11 a.m. The owner was contacted and claimed the purse.
- Police responded to a citizen's complaint at 1:27 p.m. of an unshoveled sidewalk in the 1000 block of 29th Avenue and warned the property owner to clear it.
- An officer responded at 12:52 p.m. to a report of two malnourished dogs in the 1900 block of 9th Street. The dogs appeared thin, and the officer advised the owner to feed them more food and improve their living conditions. The owner said he would.

MONROE - Matthew T. Tousignant, 26, rural Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Wisconsin 59 near Meyers Road in Sylvester Township at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, March 14. Tousignant was also cited for speeding and for having open intoxicants in the vehicle. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - A dog running at large was reported on Pecatonica Road in Wiota Township at 3:10 p.m. Thursday, March 14.
