MONROE - Timothy B. Baker, 47, Madisonville, Ky., was arrested on a Green County Sheriff's Department warrant at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. Baker was jailed.
• Werner J. Rast, 47, Monroe, and Maria Montalban Rojas, 25, Philadelphia, Pa., were arrested following a disturbance at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Golf VU Court. Rast was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse laws. Montalban Rojas was charged with battery and disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse laws. Rast posted bond and was released. Montalban Rojas was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Scott R. Tollakson, 37, South Wayne, was arrested for domestic abuse disorderly conduct and a valid child support warrant after deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at 10:15 p.m. Thursday on West Grove Street, South Wayne. He was jailed.
• Brittany M. Flannery, 18, Argyle, was cited for underage person transporting intoxicants and seatbelt violation at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday in Benton.
• Billy J. Webb, 27, Jackson, Mich., was cited for operating while suspended at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 81 in Argyle township.
