Monroe Police

MONROE - A person was warned at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, for driving an ATV in the 1500 block of 23rd Avenue, which is not a designated ATV route.

- A residential burglary was reported at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, in the 600 block of 17th Avenue. The thief reportedly came in through an unlocked door sometime during the previous 24 hours and stole a laptop computer worth about $800. The case is still under investigation.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Courtney J. Turner, 31, Juda, was arrested at his residence in the Town of Jefferson at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, on two body-only warrants issued by Dane County for failure to pay child support.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - James E. Kruser, 28, Cuba City, was arrested on domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a disturbance at a residence on East Main Street in Benton at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday, June 5. He was jailed.

- James E. Edge, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving without vehicle insurance and for seatbelt and equipment violations at 7:56 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, on County G in Belmont.

- Mark D. Albertsen, 38, Dysart, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Joseph A. Wand, 28, Platteville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Cody A. James, 17, Argyle, was cited for speeding at 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Blanchard.
