MONROE - Richard C. Tranel, 83, Monroe was arrested for domestic related disorderly conduct and bail jumping around 4:15 p.m. Thursday at a residence on Wisconsin 69 in Clarno township. Tranel was also arrested for first offense operating under the influence of alcohol and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Tranel had left before officers arrived, but was located driving in the area. Tranel was transported to a facility in Madison and held pending further proceedings.
• Michael T. Kuebli, 43, Janesville, was arrested for failure to pay child support by the Rock County Sheriff's Department on an outstanding warrant through Green County, which was notified around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

DARLINGTON - Kristopher A. Weber, 23, Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested for speeding and operating with no valid drivers license around noon Thursday on Wis. 23 in Shullsburg township. Weber also had a valid warrant for Dubuque County, Iowa He was jailed.
• Deputies responded to a complaint of an erratic driver around 9 p.m. Thursday on St. Rose Road in Benton township. The vehicle was located in Benton and the driver found to have a medical condition.
