MONROE - Steven L. Moon, 50, Monroe, was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Brodhead Police Department for worthless checks at 1:35 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. Moon was jailed.
On Saturday:
John T. Matthews, 23, Monroe, was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for possessing THC at 5:53 a.m. in the 1200 block of 16th Street. Matthews was jailed.
Ralph F. Stammen, 60, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping at 3:18 p.m. in the 700 block of 12th Avenue. Stammen was jailed.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Lindsey A. Yackley, 19, Janesville, was cited for a first offense of underage possession/consumption of alcohol at 6:07 p.m. Friday after the Wisconsin DNR reported a possible underage drinking violation on the Sugar River, near the W1200 block of Decatur Albany Road, Town of Albany. She was released.
On Sunday:
Deputies, Brodhead Police and Albany EMS responded to Sweet Minihaha Campground, N4697 County E, Town of Decatur, at 3:40 a.m. for a fight between a male and female. As a result of the investigation, Samantha Jean Skoien, 22, Janesville, was arrested and released for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. She was jailed on a probation hold through Rock County. Travis Alan Lund, 21, with no permanent address, was arrested and released on disorderly conduct. Lund received injuries and was treated on scene by EMS.
Paul A. Bennett, 50, Rochester, Minn., was arrested for DWI, first offense, after a traffic complaint of an impaired driver was received at 4:59 a.m. in the N9000 County CC, Town of Exeter. He was released. The Belleville Police Department assisted at the scene.

Daniel Sullivan, 36, Naple, Fla., was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Friday for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, following a traffic stop on Alice Street. Sullivan was also cited for driving a motor vehicle without a valid license.

NEW GLARUS - On Monday, June 9:
Russell Rylander, 53, was cited for violating the New Glarus ordinance that limits the number of dogs at a residence. The citation was the result of an ongoing investigation in the 600 block of Windlach Street.
Police were dispatched to the 100 block of 5th Avenue at 3:47 p.m. for a check welfare on two dogs that were left unattended in a vehicle. Everything appeared to be fine.
Amanda K. Way, 25, New Glarus, was cited at 5:39 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.
Jacob E. Baker, 32, New Glarus, was cited at 6:03 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.

Robert V. Owen, 58, New Glarus, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. for an active body only warrant through the Green County Sheriff's Department. Owen was transported and booked into the Green County Jail.

Police were dispatched at 12:03 a.m. to the 100 block of 1st Avenue for a disturbance. Upon the completion of the investigation, Joshua D. Lemke, 41, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse law. He was jailed.
Police responded to a reported dog bite incident at 1:08 p.m. that occurred in the 2400 block of Wis. 69.
On Saturday:
New Glarus Police Department assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department at 6:53 p.m. with a bicycle accident on Windmill Ridge Road. New Glarus Area EMS and New Glarus Fire Department also responded.
Officers received a report of a male subject urinating in an alley located in the 500 block of 1st Street at 8:57 p.m. After an investigation, Philip M. Panfil, 40, Naperville, Ill., was cited for urinating in public. He was released.
Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 1st Street at 10:19 p.m. to monitor crowd control and to deter a possible altercation. Subjects were dispersed and advised to leave the festival area.
On Sunday:
Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of 3rd Street at 11:24 p.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence. All parties were talked to and reports will be forwarded to the district attorney's office.
