MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Damen S. Hume, 20, Janesville, was arrested and jailed on a Rock County warrant for failing to pay a fine for possessing marijuana and a Department of Corrections warrant after police stopped a vehicle he was riding in at 3:38 p.m. in the W2600 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Jefferson.
• Cassandra L. Eidsmoe, 17, Janesville, was cited for operating without a valid license and a seatbelt violation at 3:38 p.m. after police stopped her in the W2600 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Jefferson. She was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Suspicious activity was reported at 9:17 a.m. on Hirshbrunner Road in the Town of Fayette.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 4:42 p.m. on County Z in the Town of Kendall.
• Police assisted the Shullsburg Police Department at 8:27 p.m. with a call in Shullsburg.
• A suspicious person was reported at 8:50 p.m. at a location on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
