MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Louis R. Mendonca, 74, Monroe, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Thursday for three counts of bail jumping in the 400 block of 21st Street. Mendonca was jailed.

• A civil dispute was reported at 4:33 p.m. on Pikes Peak Lane, Town of Blanchard.
• Jonnie R. Connolly, 23, Dubuque, was transported to the Lafayette County Jail at 5:39 p.m. on three valid warrants.
• A 911 misdial occurred at 5:54 p.m. on Graceland Street in Blanchardville.
• Disorderly conduct was reported at 10:50 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Blanchard.
