DARLINGTON - Matthew S. Wylie, 27, Darlington, was cited for operating after suspension and not having insurance at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday after police stopped him in an alleyway off of Main Street.

MONROE - Kristine R. Johnson, 23, Belleville, was arrested and jailed on a warrant out of Stephenson County, Ill., at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. The warrant was reportedly for felony drug charges.

MONROE - Seancody L. Anderson, 20, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on two counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday after police responded to a report of a disturbance on County Y in the Town of Jordan.
