Monroe PoliceMONROE - Dale L. Finley, 27, Monroe, and Andrew J. Martin, 28, Monroe, were arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of 25th Avenue. Finley was also charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Both were jailed.
