MONROE - Kenin L. Stewart, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Tuesday for a probation violation and resisting arrest in the 1800 block of 13th Avenue. Stewart was jailed.

MONROE - On Tuesday:
• Sonye A. Whaley, 19, Madison, was cited at 2:58 a.m. for speeding and driving without a valid license in the N3700 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Monroe.
• Chad A. Davis, 29, Brooklyn, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on a Langlade County warrant for failing to appear on a fraud charge on Mortensen Road, Town of Brooklyn. Davis was jailed.
• Patricia A. Wantuch, 18, Arlington Heights, Ill., was cited at 4:09 p.m. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the W1800 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove. Cristian Osorio, 19, Mount Prospect, Ill., was also cited for possession of marijuana.
• Steven R. Rowley, 51, Brodhead, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on three counts of bail jumping and one count of disorderly conduct on Mohns Clark Road, Town of Spring Grove. Rowley was jailed.

• A theft was reported at 1:28 p.m. on West Moundview Avenue in Belmont.
• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 2:04 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.
• An erratic driver was reported at 5:42 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 10:30 p.m. on County J, Town of Belmont.
