- Jessica A. Anderson, 25, Madison, was arrested Saturday, July 20, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, inattentive driving and hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle.
- Susan R. Kloth, 54, Oregon, was cited for driving with a revoked license Saturday, July 20.
- Joshua R. Tree, 20, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking Saturday, July 20.
- Two juvenile females from Stoughton were cited for underage drinking Saturday, July 20.

BRODHEAD - Brandon J. Collier, 35, Brodhead, was arrested in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, on warrants issued by the Rock County Circuit Court and Dane County Circuit Court. He was jailed.
- Michael A. Smith, 23, Waukesha, was arrested on a warrant issued by the City of Beloit Municipal Court, during a traffic stop in the 600 block of 1st Street at 10:55 a.m. Saturday, July 20. He was jailed. The driver, Tyler E. Vanhouten, 22, Beloit, was cited for speeding, a seatbelt violation and driving without proof of vehicle insurance.
- Sigfrido Huerta, 36, Janesville, was cited for not displaying a vehicle registration certificate at 10:59 a.m. Sunday, July 14, in the 600 block of 1st Street.
- Linda M. Swedlund, 40, Monroe, was cited for driving without carrying a license and for not displaying a vehicle registration certificate at 1:27 p.m. Sunday, July 14, in the 600 block of 1st Street.
- John J. Jewison, 25, Brodhead, was cited for making an improper stop at a stop sign and driving without vehicle insurance at 8:10 a.m. Monday, July 15, in the 1100 block of 14th Street.
- Britney L. Powell, 25, Brodhead, was cited for possession of marijuana at 4:48 p.m. Monday, July 15, in the 700 block of East Exchange Street.
- Jordan L. Walmer, 60, Brodhead, was cited Tuesday, July 16, for smoking in a prohibited place March 23.
- Tammy J. McElmurry, 50, Brodhead, was cited for speeding at 4:17 p.m. Friday, July 19, in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue.

DARLINGTON - Brian Day, 23, Darlington, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering safety at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 20, following a disturbance on Galena Street. Day allegedly pointed a handgun at a female during an altercation. The Lafayette County Sheriff's Department assisted on the case.
- Three people were cited Friday, July 19, following an investigation into a disturbance that occurred at a downtown tavern on July 14. Brandon Booth and Jared Condon, both 21 and of Brodhead, and Jeremy Mullen, 33, Darlington, were all cited for disorderly conduct.
- Robert L. Meehan, 68, Darlington, was cited for disorderly conduct at about 6:30 a.m. Monday, July 22, following an investigation of a disturbance at a residence on Ohio Street.

MONROE - Seancody L. Anderson, 18, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct after police were called at 7:13 p.m. Monday, July 22, to an apartment in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Residents in the apartment reported he was yelling and making threats at others because he was upset over money he felt he was owed.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Nicholas H. Gabel, 17, New Glarus, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 2nd Street and 14th Avenue at 10:22 a.m. Monday, July 15. Gabel's 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer collided with a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Lorraine B. Hustad, 81, New Glarus. No injuries were reported.
- Rusty J. Kalscheur, 34, New Glarus, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance and for a seatbelt violation at 6:19 p.m. Monday, July 15, on 6th Avenue at Wisconsin 69.
- Brandon J. Perkins, 19, New Glarus, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 8:24 p.m. Monday, July 15, on 2nd Street at 6th Avenue.
- Karla A. Zweifel, 37, Belleville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 2:36 p.m. Friday, July 19, after an officer observed the violation on Hoesly Drive at Industrial Drive.
- Thomas P. Lockard, 54, New Glarus, was cited for inattentive driving and hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle after he reported at 7:52 a.m. Sunday, July 21, that he had hit a parked vehicle earlier in the morning in the 800 block of 10th Avenue.
- Cesar Flores Cortes, 30, Beloit, was cited for driving without a valid license and without vehicle insurance at 6:57 p.m. Sunday, July 21, on Wis. 69 near 6th Avenue.
- Police responded to a complaint of loud music in the 200 block of 5th Avenue at 9:36 p.m. Thursday, July 18. Police checked the volume of the music and found it to be within permitted limits.
- A 911 hang-up call was received at 1:34 p.m. Friday, July 19, and tracked to the area of the New Glarus Hotel. Police searched the area thoroughly and located no signs of distress.
- Police were dispatched to a report of two people yelling in the 500 block of 14th Avenue at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, July 20. They were arguing over an iPad. There was no physical contact between the two. They separated and left the area.
- Most of the village lost power at about 5 p.m. Sunday, July 21, because a tree limb fell on a powerline in the area of the Swiss Historical Society.
