MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Paul A. Schutte, 66, Monroe, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. Tuesday for domestic disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of 21st Avenue. Schutte was released on bond.

MONROE - On Tuesday:
• Jamar D. Mayfield, 29, Freeport, was cited at 3:33 a.m. for speeding and driving without a valid license in the N900 block of County G, Town of Spring Grove.
• Kendrick J. Eichelkraut, 25, Monticello, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on two Green County warrants for failing to pay fines on County D, Town of Mount Pleasant. Eichelkraut was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:23 a.m. on Division Street in Darlington.
• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 10:44 a.m. on Dolan Lane, Town of Willow Springs.
• Lourdes S. Cardona-Mendez, 27, Galena, Ill., was cited at 12:42 p.m. for driving without a valid license on County A, Town of Shullsburg.
• A deputy assisted the Green County Sheriff at 7:40 p.m. with locating a stolen vehicle on Wisconsin 78, Town of Gratiot.
• Emily A. Skattum, 32, Cuba City, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. for driving while intoxicated (fourth offense) on Wis. 11 in Gratiot. Skattum was jailed.
