Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Scott T. Creed, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Monday at the probation and parole office in the Green County Justice Center on a probation violation. He was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• A deputy took a report of harassment at 1:24 a.m. at a residence on Owego Road, Wiota Township.

• A report was filed for a suspicious vehicle parked on County H, Elk Grove Township. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle at 5:02 a.m. and it was found that the vehicle was disabled and would soon be removed by a tow service.

• A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call received from a location on St. Peters Road, Seymour Township, at 12:30 p.m. The call was determined to be an accidental pocket-dial and no emergency services were needed.

• Deputies assisted Rock County sheriff's deputies in locating and arresting Cody A. Kirschbaum at 2:07 p.m. at a location on West Center Street, South Wayne.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Timothy A. Fitzsimons, 24, Darlington, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. June 25, after police responded to an incident at a residence on Galena Street. Fitzsimons was released pending court.

On Thursday:

• Reid A. Stephens, 51, Platteville, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. for a warrant issued through the probation and parole office at a business located on County K.

• Timothy Fitzimons, 24, Darlington, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. for possession of heroin and felony bail jumping following an incident at the Darlington Campgrounds. Fitzimons was jailed pending court.

• Andrew J. Turpin, 18, Darlington, was cited at 5 a.m. Saturday for driving after suspension, third offense, following a traffic stop on Tama Run.
