Albany Police

ALBANY - Joshua J. Davis, 25, Janesville, was arrested Monday, July 9, on a probation hold as well as charges of driving with a revoked license and driving while intoxicated (second offense).

- Melissa M. Klar, 26, Evansville, was arrested Saturday, July 14, on a charge of outside consumption of alcohol.

- Meghan T. Hehir, 27, Loves Park, Ill., was arrested Saturday, July 14, on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense).

- Daniel G. Greenamyer, 27, Waterford, was arrested Sunday, July 15, on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC (marijuana), non-registration of an auto and driving left of center.

- Francisco Giovanny Mora, 20, Albany, was cited Saturday, July 14, for driving with a suspended license.

- Bryant S. Kauk, 18, Albany, was cited Saturday, July 14, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC (marijuana).

- Two 16-year-olds were cited Saturday, July 14, for curfew violations.

Belleville Police

BELLEVILLE - Charles J. Lane, 47, rural Brooklyn, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense) after officers stopped a vehicle at 12:03 a.m. Thursday, July 5, for failing to stop at a stop sign. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released pending court.

- Adam E. Niffenegger, 30, Madison, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (second offense) after officers stopped a motorcycle for traveling 41 mph in a 30 mph zone at 1:29 a.m. Saturday, July 14. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and speeding. He was released pending court.

- Jonathan D. Karbo, 28, Madison, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after officers stopped a vehicle for operating left of the center line at 2:49 a.m. Sunday, July 15. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and operating left of center. He was released pending court.

- Rebekah L. Hunt, 30, Madison, was cited for speeding 51 mph in a 25 mph zone at 11:55 p.m. Saturday, June 23.

- Kevin W. Stubbendick, 42, DeForest, was cited for speeding 36 mph in a 25 mph zone at 8:17 a.m. Monday, June 25.

- Nancy D. Purdy, 48, Monroe, was cited for driving at an unreasonable and imprudent speed at 11:18 a.m. Monday, June 25.

- Ryan J. Knaack, 34, Madison, was cited for speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone at 1:14 p.m. Monday, June 25.

- Edward B. Calado, 41, Madison, was cited for speeding 51 mph in a 25 mph zone at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, July 3.

- Makie A. McDonough, 60, Elizabeth, Ill., was cited for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone at 4:04 p.m. Thursday, July 5.

- A 15-year-old Oregon resident was cited for possession of a controlled substance at 5:47 p.m. Thursday, July 12, and released pending court.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Nancy K. Schupbach, 34, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane deviation and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration at 12:35 a.m. Friday, July 13, in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Wilmar M. Palmer, 52, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 9:34 p.m. Friday, July 13, in the 1300 block of 13th Street. He was jailed.

- Justin A. Phillips, 21, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and a seatbelt violation at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 14, in the 200 block of East 9th Avenue.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Daniel Reynolds, 41, Monroe, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at about 10:20 p.m. Friday, July 13, following a traffic stop on State Highway 23.

- Hugo Martinez-Mendez, 28, Darlington, and Jose Rangel-Castillo, 42, Darlington, were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at about 11:20 p.m. Friday, July 13, following an incident at 301 Main Street. Both men were released pending court.

- Alejandro Gonzales, 19, Darlington, was cited for driving with no valid license and operating a vehicle after suspension of registration at about 7:50 p.m. Saturday, July 14, following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Donald L. Martinez, 22, Monroe, was arrested on charges of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:56 p.m. Sunday, July 15, in the 1200 block of 10th Street. He was released from custody pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Gregory D. Tessendorf, 20, Kent, Ill., was arrested on a charge of violating the Absolute Sobriety law by driving while impaired by alcohol after deputies stopped him at 1:51 a.m. Sunday, July 15, in the N1800 block of Wisconsin 69 in the Town of Clarno. He was also cited for speeding and released pending court.

- Chandra L. Pease, 36, Janesville, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and driving while intoxicated (third offense) after deputies responded at 8:52 p.m. Sunday, July 15, to a domestic dispute in a vehicle on Wisconsin 11 near County G in the Town of Spring Grove. Pease was jailed and faces misdemeanor charges in Green County Circuit Court related to the incident.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Daniel C. Dull, 18, Hazel Green, was arrested by the Grant County Sheriff's Department on a valid warrant issued by Lafayette County and transported at 10:28 p.m. Saturday, July 14, to the Lafayette County Jail, where he remains jailed.
