MONROE - Heather R. G. Hale, 26, Monroe, was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday for domestic battery and disorderly conduct in the 2500 block of 5th Avenue. Hale was jailed.

MONROE - Jessica J. R. Noonan, 25, Beloit, was cited at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday for speeding and driving with a suspended license in the W5100 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Monroe.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Shane M. Molitor, 29, Platteville, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. for driving while intoxicated. Molitor was jailed.
• A civil dispute was reported at 8:06 p.m. on North Lafayette Street in Argyle.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 8:24 p.m. on Main Street, Town of Woodford.
• A theft was reported at 9:18 p.m. on East Church Road, Town of Wiota.
